In order to keep this fun and fair for everyone the following rules must be read and adhered too at all times

Forum Owners

• Proboards Forums Only
  
• All Forums must comply with the Proboards TOS
  
• Only 1 thread per forum
  
• 2 active threads per member only
  
• Only bump every 24 hours - Thread Creator only
  
• Dont use this board to advertise
  
• If your using a premade skin please say so in your post
  
• If you recieve a bad rate dont take it personally
  

Raters

• No mini-modding - Use the "Report to Mod"
  
• Give clear constructive comments stating the Good and what needs improving with a mark out of 10 then give an overall mark at the end
  
• Do not link to design/coding forums this is classed as advertising
  
• Dont ask for rates in return
